Mod adds to
Minecraft PE a real balloon, which will replace the ghasts. Thus it is safe to travel by air. Now you don't have to worry about that in the evening you will under attack someone or the other will ruin the survival.
How to get? To get the balloon, you will only need to use the egg to spawn a ghast. If you are playing in survival mode, you need to go to the Nether world, to tame ghasts. But if you play normal survival without creativity, you have thus not be able to fly in the regular world.
Of course the mod has a huge number of flaws, but they soon will be fixed. 
Considering all the pros and cons, you can just enjoy all the lovely open spaces MCPE world in a Air Ballon.

Open these files (Are in zip archive) after download:
Behavior.mcpack and Resource.mcpack
If you have an Android, then extract file "balloon-resource.mcpack" to the folder "Resource_packs", which is located at the following path:
games/com.mojang/ and extract file "balloon-behavior.mcpack" to the games/com.mojang/behavior_packs
Open the MCPE
Create a new world or edit the existing
Select behavior-pack and resource-pack that you previously imported
Ready! Restart Minecraft PE and enjoy the game!
